Natalie is a Harvard-trained policy + program evaluator with over 15 years of experience. She offers customizable strategies, frameworks, trainings, workshops, and evaluation services to start-ups, established businesses, government agencies, and non-profit organizations. She believes when organizations and leaders invest in planning and reflection cycles, they become organizations that thrive and regenerate across time and space. Areas of expertise include:

Natalie is a trained coach and group facilitator with over 15 years of experience offering mindful and transformational leadership experiences to one-on-one, group, and executive clients. Most recently, she speaks with organizations, teams, and podcast hosts on the following topics:

CEREMONIALIST

Natalie is trained extensively in Earth Wisdom Spiritual Teachings. She has trained with keepers of indigenous lineages for over 15 years. She is trained to energetically design and guide ceremonial pathways of transformative healing.  Most recently, she has trained in death doulaship, ancestral mending, drum sound healing, water rituals, dreaming practices…and more.

A ceremony is a sacred ancestral pathway one can engage in to connect to an inner state of oneness with all things, through deep love and reverence for the Earth. In a ceremony, a trained guide invites seekers to sit around a ceremonial fire or altar, to enter into deep contemplation with the teachings that are brought forward by them, the season, and by the natural energies that are all around.

In 2020, Natalie co-founded a spiritual wellness business called the Black Diamond Collective (BDC) to offer earth wisdom teachings in virtual gathering spaces each month. Spiritual offerings include:

• solstice and equinox ceremonies

• women circles

• retreats

• spiritual wellness content

• personalized group or private ceremonies
