Natalie is a Harvard-trained mixed methods researcher, a social impact program evaluator and strategist with over 15 years of experience helping government agencies, non-profits, community-based organizations, and social enterprises.

She believes when organizations and leaders invest in planning, reflection, and community-centering, they become organizations that thrive and regenerate across time and space achieving their mission and expanding their reach.

Natalie is not taking any new consulting clients for 2026.

MOON CIRCLES

Natalie is a trained earth-wisdom ceremonialist, a feminine leadership coach, group process facilitator, and circle facilitator with over 15 years of experience offering mindful and transformational leadership experiences.

In 2025, she founded the Virtual Moon Lodge. Traditionally, a moon lodge refers to a women-only gathering space, linked to menstrual seclusion and lunar cycle connection in the Americas, where women came together for rest, ritual, and renewal. Today, they’re reimagined spaces for women circles to honor cyclical wisdom, intuition, and connection with the moon. Learn more about it below. CEREMONIALIST

Natalie is trained extensively in Earth Wisdom Spiritual Teachings. She has trained with keepers of indigenous lineages for over 15 years. She is trained to energetically design and guide ceremonial pathways of transformative healing.  Most recently, she has trained in death doulaship, ancestral mending, drum sound healing, water rituals, dreaming practices…and more.

A ceremony is a sacred ancestral pathway one can engage in to connect to an inner state of oneness with all things, through deep love and reverence for the Earth. In a ceremony, a trained guide invites seekers to sit around a ceremonial fire or altar, to enter into deep contemplation with the teachings that are brought forward by them, the season, and by the natural energies that are all around.

Since 2012 Natalie has offered spiritual wellness through earth wisdom teachings. Offerings include:

• solstice and equinox ceremonies

• retreats

• spiritual wellness content

• personalized group or private ceremonies
